Foster Wheeler makes new appointments

<div id="subtitle">Foster Wheeler makes new appointments after general counsel resigns</div><div><p>Switzerland-based engineering and construction firm Foster Wheeler AG said Thursday it has made some new appointments.</p><p>Michelle Davies has been named acting general counsel, effective Jan. 1. Eric Sherbet, who is currently vice president and deputy general counsel-corporate of Foster Wheeler, will assume the additional role of corporate secretary, also effective Jan. 1.</p><p>The appointments follow the resignation of Peter J. Ganz, executive vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary, who has decided not to relocate to Geneva, where Foster Wheeler is moving its operating headquarters.</p><img src="http://admatch-syndication.mochila.com/images/ad.gif?aid=65603247&bid=informcom" /></div><div id="copyright"><div>
