SIRIUS XM Radio to offer $250 million in notes

<div id="subtitle">SIRIUS XM Radio to offer $250 million in notes to repay part of Liberty Media loan</div><div><p>Sirius XM Radio said on Wednesday it would offer $250 million in senior secured notes due in 2015.</p><p>The satellite radio company said it would use the money to repay debt from Liberty Media Corp. Sirius XM borrowed $530 million from Liberty Media in February to stave off a bankruptcy filing. Last week Sirius XM reported a $157.4 million quarterly loss.</p><img src="http://admatch-syndication.mochila.com/images/ad.gif?aid=56608604&bid=informcom" /></div><div id="copyright"><div>
