Snow forces flight cancellations in Frankfurt

<div id="subtitle">Snow forces cancellation of nearly 120 flights at Frankfurt airport</div><div><p>Authorities say nearly 120 flights have been canceled at Frankfurt Airport, one of Europe's busiest, because of heavy snow.</p><p>Airport spokesman Gunnar Scheunemann says the flights to cities in Germany and Europe were canceled on Monday. Many more were delayed.</p><p>Outbound flights were delayed by up to an hour and inbound ones were up to two hours late.</p><p>Scheunemann said it snowed all night. The snowfall is easing on Monday but delays are expected to continue through the day.</p><p>Frankfurt Airport is Germany's biggest airport and continental Europe's second-busiest after Paris' Charles de Gaulle.</p><img src="http://admatch-syndication.mochila.com/images/ad.gif?aid=67751791&bid=informcom" /></div><div id="copyright"><div>
