DENVER - NOVEMBER 22: Volunteers assemble early Thanksgiving meals to be delivered to home health care patients on November 22, 2009 in Denver, Colorado. Some 300 patients received meals today from Dominican Sisters Home Health Agency. The non-profit performs some 25,000 home visits each year in the Denver area. The agency provides free home nursing care to patients with chronic diseases, helps them to better manage their disabling illnesses and provides custodial services with the aim of keeping patients in their homes and out of more expensive nursing home care.
